moving through distant places,
finding nature where it waits,
magic where it isn’t named
asking for little,
receiving what is offered
take a wander
the healers do not mend—
only remember:
earth steadying bone,
wind in the unseen,
fire recalling its purpose

offerings assembled—
leaf,
smoke,
whispered intention
given to the condor
for the keepers of stone and sky

she sleeps—
and the forest listens
medicine passing
through dream
before names,
there was only seeing—
scaled light across stone,
wind speaking in older patterns
​​​​​​​
it just sheds skin
and keeps walking
baby iguanas—
tiny agreements with speed
lightning pretending to be bodies
they slip between moments
light the fuse—
and chaos answers
streets spilling colour,
noise without edges
a town that raised us
fearless
